Joining our team is an associate attorney September 2009. Her interest in elder law began when she was hired by McCormick & Fracassa as a law clerk to provide research for the Vol. 41, Missouri Practice, Elder Law. Prior to working at the firm, Amanda clerked for Commissioner Sherrill L. Rosen of Division 42 of the 16th Judicial Circuit Court. She also worked for the law offices of Burmeister and Gilmore assisting in their family law cases. For the past there years, Amanda has served in various volunteer positions for Jackson County CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) and now serves as a volunteer guardian ad litem representing abused and neglected children. Probate is her primary area of practice and she believes her experiences working with families in the domestic field have been invaluable to her ability to guide families and loved ones through the probate process.

Amanda graduated from Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri with a B.A. in Psychology in 2006. In 2009, she graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law with a degree emphasis in family law and honors in pro bono public services.
