Debbie joins the team of McCormick and Fracassa, P.C. after many years of healthcare experience as a patient advocate and discharge planner. She has worked in several local hospitals and long term care facilities were she has developed extensive knowledge and community resources for elderly individuals, needing assistance to age in place at home or long term care placement. Her primary responsibilities are to assist clients and family members in coordinating resources that will best allow client/loved one to age in place with dignity and grace. Debbie holds a Master of Social Work from University of Kansas and a Master of Management from Denver University. Currently she is a licensed Social Worker (LMSW) and is working towards a Clinical license (LCSW). |
