Thirty-three years experience in several areas of law has prepared Jeannie to assist clients at McCormick & Fracassa Elder Law Firm in the variety of issues that arise. Her vast experience covers various areas of law including; probate, real estate, domestic, worker’s compensation, Social Security disability, corporate, bankruptcy, personal injury, estate planning and tort litigation. Since 2000, Jeannie has worked with the team at McCormick & Fracassa to coordinate adherence to the requirements of the probate court and the various state and federal agencies involving Social Security, Medicaid, VA benefits, and Special needs Trusts.
